A Miami-Dade Circuit Court judge approved the sale of the former trailer park to Flow, beating out another major bidder, the Melo Group, by 400,000 dollars. The property went into receivership after a lawsuit accused its previous owners of defrauding 100 foreign investors of over $50 million dollars.
