Amazon is set to occupy over 50,300 square feet of office space in Wynwood Plaza, a newly developed mixed use complex at 95 Northwest 29th Street. The project is backed by Oak Row Equities, L and L Holding, Shorenstein Properties, and Claure Group and will open later this year.
